  3. We are in the implementation process of the ONLINE BILLING SYSTEM in the Kumaon Zone.
  4. We have a proposal for AUTOMATIC METER READING of COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL CONSUMERS using GSM modems.
  5. We have introduced a facility of payment of electricity bills by the Consumers in Punjab National Bank and Post Offices in some of the areas of Uttarakhand. Drop boxes are placed in almost all the branches of the BANK PREMISES.
